A Taste of the Southwest of France

Discover our take on one of France’s most iconic comfort dishes. Our Chef Pascal brings a Gazette twist to the classic Cassoulet, with Coco de Paimpol beans from Brittany and two delicious variations: Traditional with confit duck, Toulouse sausage & pork belly, or Crustacean with scallops, mussels, cockles, calamari & prawns in a rich prawn bisque.

From our vineyard in the heart of Provence, Coulombaud Rouge is a rich, fruit-forward Syrah with aromas of black cherry and raspberry, a velvety texture and a subtle spicy finish.
