A Taste of Marseille

Experience the flavours of the South of France with our Marseille-Style Bouillabaisse. Brimming with sea bass, red mullet, scallops, mussels, calamari and saffron popatoes, it's served with traditional rouille, croutons and a touch of Mediterranean sunshine.

Our much-loved Cassoulet returns this September, bringing Southwest France back to Gazette Brasserie.
Slow-cooked with duck confit ,premium sausages, tender ham hock & the famous Coco de Paimpol beans.
