GAZETTE VINEYARD at Domaine Coulombaud
The vineyard
Spreads over 5 hectares

We pride ourselves with probably one of the best house wine in the land, made in a place close to paradise called Domaine Coulombaud in Meounes-Les-Montrieux, in the beautiful Coteaux Varois, the heart of Provence.
As the House wine always says a lot about the quality of a restaurant, so try us !!! to make sure we know where it's from, well....... we do it ourselves.
Our 800 years old vineyard is perched high on a hill and benefits from a unique climate, with cool nights and hot days .
Note the 2 wolves on our “blason”, a statement that the Domaine became a refuge for the last wolves of Provence one hundred years ago.
Our grapes are hand picked, hand sorted, organic and bio as the vineyard has never known any toxic chemicals.
In recent years our wines have won 4 gold medals including 2 at the very prestigious global concours “Syrah du Monde”.

We served it exclusively in our restaurants by the glass & carafe, or bottle.

GAZETTE VINEYARDS is a gold medal winning vineyard in Provence and offers a red that is robust and ripe, a rosé with the perfect light rose petal colour and a crispy white made from the Rolle grape.

Coulombaud is a young vineyard. The first vinestocks were planted in 2009. Everyone knows that the vine takes time to offer its best grapes. The ardor of his youth passed after the first decade, the vine enters its teenage phase where it must be rigorously framed.
